Safari Pro - Look
The lightweight travel binoculars is a bold new look at compact binoculars. Inspired by Africa’s wild fauna, the Safari Pro’s refreshing design stands out clearly from the typical binocular and brings back the fun into using binoculars.

Improved in ergonomics and functionality
In terms of functionality and ergonomics the Safari Pro series is hardly to beat in its class. Characterized by a compact, lightweight however rugged construction the Safari Pro models offer an improved user comfort – an important aspect during all outdoor activities.
The dominant rubber ribs are unique in protecting against shocks and impacts that occur during outdoor use. At the same time the ribs offer user a highly improved and very secure grip, reducing the risk of dropping the optical instrument.
This is guaranteed by a two-layer system of shock absorbing rubber, which combines comfort with shock protection. The outer layer absorbs the bulk of a shock’s energy and is slightly softer in order to offer the user a more tactile experience. The lower layer uses a harder rubber, absorbing the remaining energy of shocks.
Not only the ruggedness has been but also the user comfort: by the use of a soft, slip-proof rubber, the focus wheel of models 10x26 and 8x22 feels especially comfortable and easy to use in any weather condition.
Furthermore, models 10x26 and 8x22 are equipped with a new dampening-system between both parts of the binocular. This protects the Safari Pro binocular, when folded, even better during transport.

Clear vision, always and everywhere
Having fun while using the binocular is crucial. This is why the new Safari Pro series deliver always sharp images, thanks to the Fast-Close-Focus system respectively the Sports-Auto-Focus system. The optimised distance of the exit pupil and the ergonomic eyecups stand for a fatigue-free viewing. Also, they ensure a reliable protection against irritating side light.
In addition to the newly developed High-Contrast-Optics and the use of larger prisms, all optical parameters like a high-contrast resolution, edge-to-edge sharpness and light transmission have been improved and guarantee in context with an upgraded finish of the lenses and prisms best vision results, even in glittering sunlight.

The Safari UV coating, is standard on all Safari models. This special technology enables you to see subjects far more clearly and comfortably in difficult light situations than with the naked eye. The optics reduce harmful UV radiation while providing maximum glassing comfort, leaving your eyes feeling cool and comfortable.

Sports-Auto-Focus
Always a clear view with crisp images - no further adjustments necessary! Compared to center-focus systems which require constant re-focusing, the Sports-Auto-Focus, once set for your eyes, is sharp from 20 yards to infinity.
